Matthew complements this with over 20 years of project management experience, leading large-scale projects from planning through to delivery and consistently achieving programme certainty, quality outcomes, and strong stakeholder alignment. Together, we provide a balanced leadership team with deep technical, commercial, and delivery expertise.
