Dragan and Matthew bring a combined 35 years of construction experience, delivering complex projects across a range of sectors.
Dragan began his career working within his family’s successful partitions and ceilings business, gaining years of practical, hands-on experience in the trade. This early foundation provided him with a strong understanding of the trade and the expectations involved in successfully delivering quality ceilings and partitions packages.
He later expanded his experience by moving into main contractor roles, where he developed a broader understanding of construction delivery through involvement in complex projects, procurement, risk management, and project administration. This combination of trade-based experience and main contractor exposure has given Dragan a unique perspective on the challenges faced by both subcontractors and builders.
Dragan brings 15 years of experience working with major construction contractors, providing valuable knowledge across project delivery, risk management, and construction administration. Matthew complements this with over 20 years of project management experience, leading large-scale projects from planning through to delivery and consistently achieving programme certainty, quality outcomes, and strong stakeholder alignment.
Together, we provide a balanced leadership team with deep technical and delivery expertise. Our combined experience allows us to genuinely understand the operational, commercial, and programme pressures faced by builders. Having worked within major construction organisations ourselves, we appreciate the challenges encountered across project teams and on site.
